When can I expect delivery?

STANDARD

How do I care for my garment?

Unless otherwise specified, we recommend hand wash
or machine wash on delicate cycle
(for best results in machine, turn item inside-out & place in a lingerie bag)

What is your return or exchange policy?

Returns are accepted for manufacturer defects or grossly misrepresented items ONLY.
If you wish to return an item that has a manufacturer defect or you feel has been misreprented,
you must first contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) Number within 48 hours of receipt of the item.
Please include the reason for the return in your request.
Please note: if you are returning an item for a manufacturer defect,
the item will be inspected to determine if the defect was infact from the manufacturer.
Once you have received approval & your RA Number, please mark the number clearly on the outside of the package
(your parcel will be refused if the RA Number is not displayed).
You must also include Delivery Confirmation for tracking of the parcel.

No other returns or exchanges will be accepted.
